Dear Sir,

This is in response to your letter regards the status and progress report of the Tree Plantation Programme done jointly by our organisations.

We are pleased to inform you that the planted trees have grown very well. They will be of great help and use to the institution. The equipment given have been very useful.

We request you to visit some time in the near future and see for yourself.
