The Greater Mumbai Unit of the Indian Scout Guide Fellowship has organised a grand tree plantation ceremony at Ayurveda College, Sion in Central Mumbai. Come and join us in helping solve the problem of pollution and soil erosion by planting a sapling YOURSELF!!

Relief Material for Bihar Floods
The Maharashtra State Fellowship, together with its Greater Mumbai Unit and other district units has decided to send relief materials for the flood affected people of Bihar. The relief materials shall include medicines, milk powder and other essential items of daily utility.

All About Kidney - A Lecture by eminent nephrologist Dr Arun P Doshi
The Greater Mumbai Unit in with the kind co-operation of Dr K. S. Vardachari, M. D., Chief Medical Officer, Sri Shanmukhananda Jasubhai R.K. Shah Medical Centre, arranged: "All about kidney" - by Dr Arun P. Doshi. A lecture on this important organ (kidney) and its place in the body and its functions. Also covered were diseases about kidney, preventive measures, ways of early detection and treatment guidelines.

Over 400 students benefit from Book Bank 2008
For the last 39 years, our unit has been conducting a Book Bank at Gilder Lane Municipal School, Mumbai Central, Mumbai 400008. This year it was held from 19th June to 31 July 2008.
